Balance doesn’t happen by accident. It’s intentionally cultivated.
Many of us have felt the crushing weight of anxiety at some point in our lives. It can often make us feel alone as our hearts are heavy, unsettled, and fearful of what tomorrow will bring. But you are not alone, and God never intended for you to walk that storm alone.
Join our upcoming group and experience that kind of growth, encouragement, and hope for yourself.
Have you found yourself thinking?
“There’s never enough time to care for myself.”
“I’m constantly juggling responsibilities and feeling stretched too thin.”
“I’m functioning, but I’m tired — emotionally, spiritually, or physically.”
“I want healthier rhythms, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I long for balance, but life feels reactive instead of intentional.”
“I’m on the edge of burnout and don’t want to wait until I hit a wall.”

Hi, I’m Shaneese Byrd, LMHC…
I approach this work as a calling and feel deeply honored to integrate biblical truth with evidence-informed counseling practices. My style is client-centered and strengths-based, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where people can slow down, reflect, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater balance and intention. I believe each person is the expert of their own story, and my hope is to help you cultivate self-awareness, healthier rhythms, and a deeper sense of wholeness as we walk this journey together. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Counseling and Psychological Studies.
workshop Expectations
To help create a connected and engaging experience, participants are encouraged to join sessions with their cameras on whenever possible. Being present and visible helps foster community and allows everyone to get the most out of our time together. At the same time, engagement is always invited at a level that feels comfortable for you, sharing is never forced. This workshop is designed to be a supportive, respectful space where participation is encouraged, flexibility is honored, and growth happens at your own pace. While attendance for all sessions is not required, we encourage participants to come to all the sessions as they build upon each other.
