COPING with ANXIETY
“Our anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strengths.” (CH. Spurgeon)
Many of us have felt the crushing weight of anxiety at some point in our lives. It can often make us feel alone as our hearts are heavy, unsettled, and fearful of what tomorrow will bring. But you are not alone, and God never intended for you to walk that storm alone.
Join us for this six-week group as we will help you learn what anxiety is, gain practical tools and interventions to cope, and listen to and learn from others while having the opportunity to share yourself.
ABOUT THE GROUP
