Harbor Christian Counseling is located in the Fenway/Kenmore area of Boston, Massachusetts. Our offices are situated within historic Ruggles Baptist Church on Beacon Street, just blocks from Fenway Park and Boston University. There is a wide array of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and retail stores to enjoy in the surrounding neighborhood, along with the beautiful green space and walking and biking trails to be found in The Riverway section of the Emerald Necklace park system. Our offices are located less than two blocks from the Saint Mary’s Street and Fenway T stops (Green Line, C & D) and a half mile from Kenmore Station (Green Line, B C & D). The 47, 57, and CT2 bus lines all have stops just steps from the church building on Park Drive. For city cyclists, there is also a Blue Bike station right around the corner from the church building.

Street Parking:

Ample metered and non-metered parking is available on the near side of Beacon Street (between Commonwealth Ave. and Carlton St.), Buswell Street (between Park Dr. and Mountfort St.), Arundel Street, Mountfort Street (between Park Dr. and Beacon St.), and Saint Mary’s Street. Please carefully observe all posted signs related to parking restrictions, including meter limits, resident-only hours, street cleaning closures, snow emergency closures, etc. For drivers, it is recommended that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment in order to allow time to locate parking and ensure compliance with all posted parking restrictions.

Arrival:

The entrance to our offices is found on Beacon Street, at the door with a ramp and small set of stairs (see photo below). At this time, the church doors will remain locked during daytime and evening hours. When you arrive for an appointment, please contact your counselor via phone call or text message using the appropriate phone number as listed below or otherwise provided to you during intake. If you arrive early, please be advised that your counselor will likely be occupied with another appointment until the start time of your appointment. You are welcome to wait anywhere outside of the church building or surrounding neighborhood during this time.
